Bowersox Innovation Group evolved from matching investors to green projects to developing its own high-performance real estate. Its mission is to forge a path out of the antiquated housing industry to “one of efficiency and responsibility, by leveraging technology and opportunity. “The problem was, no one was using the sustainable products we wanted to put in the marketplace, so we had to do it ourselves. In the process of learning how, we met a lot of people in renewables and climate tech, partnered with them and broadened our company.”
